Loc Dye Mess and Mayhem: Color Reviews and Dos

I can’t get this blue and teal semi dye out of my locs! Here’s what I’ve tried:
Clarifying shampoo
Anti dandruff shampoo
Clarifying shampoo with baking soda
Shampoo Cap (see Manic Panic website FAQ for the recipe)
Wells T-18 toner
In this video I also use Manic Panic Hot Pink on my daughter who’s 6 the day before her 7th birthday.
