Fine Textured Locs: Part 1 (Fine Hair Defined)

In PART 1 of this video, I simply define “fine hair” and provide information regarding its basic characteristics and distinctions based upon my experiences and struggles with my fine textured loose relaxed, loose natural and loced hair.
